Conference Registration & Information

Registration

To register, first login using the member login box in the left menu and then click here. All conference registrations are made on-line and paid with a credit card. You must be a member of CACE to attend the conference. If you are not already a member, please first apply for membership through www.counseltoemployers.ca/join. Once you have registered, you will be able to login and register for the conference.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are $850.00, Early-Bird Discount: for registration before July 15, after that date the fee is $1,050.00. Please note that space at the conference is limited to the first 200 members registered. No registrations will be accepted after September 3, 2012. Note: Conference payments will be processed on-line only with a credit card.

In-House Counsel Fees

Registration fees are $425.00, Early-Bird Discount: for registration before July 15, after that date the fee is $625.00.

The prices noted above do not include our nominal annual registration fee to join as a CACE member. Conference participants will have the ongoing benefit of membership in CACE, which includes access to CACE’s on-line materials, access to our exceptional professional development program, and on-line access to all conference papers and materials. 

Guest Registration

Members are encouraged to bring their spouse or guest. Guest registrations are to be made at the same time as delegate registrations. Guest registration provides entrance to the Thursday evening “Meet and Greet” and Friday evening Gala reception & dinner. Registration fee: $165.00.

After August 27, 2012: Your reservation will not count towards the CACE hotel block and we cannot guarantee rate or vacancy / availability.  

Activities Program

The registration deadline for activities is August 15, 2012. This registration form allows you to register a guest and/or register for activities that you did not register for when you completed your initial registration. Do not use this form to register as an attendee for the conference. Registration is available online, click here.

Suggested Dress

  • Thursday Evening Reception: Casual / business casual
  • Conference Sessions: Suggested Dress for the conference sessions is business / business casual
  • Friday Evening Reception and Dinner: Business Casual
  • Activities: Casual or as appropriate per nature of activity

Cancellation Policy

After August 15, 2012, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Any substitutions will be subject to a $150 administration fee.
