2016
The 2016 CACE Conference, September 22 to 24, 2016
The 2016 CACE Conference, September 22 to 24, 2016, is being held in one of National Geographic Traveler’s top destinations – Winnipeg, a city that regularly exceeds one’s expectations!
With the work of the CACE Conference Planning Committee well underway, the Conference Program will meet the high standards that CACE members expect from the preeminent management-side labour and employment conference in Canada. Building on enhancements that were introduced at the 2015 Halifax CACE Conference and the feedback that was received following that Conference, the 2016 Program will continue to offer substantive sessions and timely updates presented by experts in the field.
The social aspects of the 2016 CACE Conference will also meet the high standards members have come to expect. The must-see Canadian Human Rights Museum will be the venue for our Friday Gala dinner.
On Saturday, you can take in the mysteries of our beautiful Legislative building with the Hermetic Code tour that will make you feel as though you have just stepped into The DaVinci Code. Or get up close and personal with a polar bear by visiting the award-winning Journey to Churchill exhibit at our Zoo. As recently recognized by enRoute Magazine, Winnipeg boasts one of the best food scenes in Canada, with many unique and diverse restaurant options to tempt your taste buds. For those planning to extend their visit before or after the Conference, a short drive from downtown Winnipeg will offer fine golf courses and beautiful hiking trails in the splendour of a Prairie autumn.
Watch your inboxes for further updates and, in the interim, mark Winnipeg, September 22 to 24, 2016 in your calendar.
